| Atlanta's art scene has a fresh new face. Brannon Purvis is a young self-taught artist whose medium is predominantly oil on canvas. His creative talents also extend into the realm of exotic clay sculptures, airbrush designs, and intricate graphite pencil works that defy imagination. His style has been described as "high-tech-tribal", "sci-fi", and "deep abstract". Keeping an open mind to different styles and techniques makes him diverse as an artist, and his breadth of work touches a wide range of people.
Chances are, you've seen Brannon's work at some of Atlanta's hottest nightclubs including the absolute hottest, 2Risqué. He enjoys painting live for special events, and his unique concept of entertaining Atlanta nightlife has caught the eye of Jezebel Magazine, Universal Culture and Michael Angelides of Dojo Yakko Gallery. You will also find him at local charity benefits for Big Brothers/Big Sisters, The Georgia Conservancy's Eco Benefête, and Brian Vahaly's Brighter Future Foundation. His work has also been seen as the perfect backdrop for fashion shows including Betsy Johnson and French Kiss.

Brannon started drawing at an early age as a form of self expression. He began sculpting in his teens, and his interest in painting began only three years ago. Expanding his talents into incredible oil paintings gives him the outlet he needs for dramatic creative expression. Much of his inspiration stems from the music he listens to while he paints, which is redirected into his work. Music arouses the feeling that plants the seed for his creation.
